Duck POS System delivers POS software solutions including sales processing, inventory management, reporting tools, user controls, and 24/7 support. System updates may be released periodically for performance and security improvements.
We offer the following monthly subscription plans:
Clients choosing annual billing will enjoy a 5% discount on any subscription plan. All plans require a minimum 1-year contract.
POS hardware is available for purchase. Warranty coverage depends on the supplier’s warranty period. Duck POS System does not provide additional warranties beyond the supplier’s terms.
Clients are responsible for damages caused by misuse, water exposure, impact, or unauthorized repairs.
Your business and customer data—including names, phone numbers, loyalty details, and transaction history—remain fully owned by you. We comply with Malaysia’s PDPA and only access your data when necessary for support or maintenance.

On-site support requests may incur additional fees.
We strive to provide an uninterrupted POS experience. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or internet-related issues. We are not responsible for losses resulting from such interruptions.
Duck POS System is not liable for data loss, loss of revenue, hardware damage, or issues caused by internet or third-party systems. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the previous 12 months.
We may update or modify these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be handled under Malaysian jurisdiction.
